BRAW held its first photo contest and it was a big hit.  Over 50 photos were submitted.  Lori and Jim of  Madison's Camera Company served as our unbiased photo contest judges.  They did an outstanding job reviewing all entries ultimately selecting three winners and four runner-up's.  Here are the winners:

 First Place: Joan Eckhart

 Second Place:  Steve Lang

 Third Place: Mary Kohls-Blanke

This contest will be held again next year because of its popularity this year.   Next year's date has not been, but  it's never too early to start.  One thing is for sure, our first photo contest event planners learned a lot and will be incorporating changes to further enhance this event.

 

The exact date for our second photo contest has not been identified as of this writing.   A notice announcing the event will be posted in our website as soon it becomes available.
