  1. you want (Check by mail or online payment) and  the kind of amount you entered in the previous page form.

  2. You click ADD TO CART. and you are sent to the PayPal page where you can use PayPal or your Credit Card to pay your membership or your contribution.

  3. If you mentioned in the Membership Form that you want to pay your membership and a donation/contribution, you have to go back a second time to the PayPal page and click on the Contribution or Donation Add to Cart.

If any part of your information changed since last year, two steps are necessary.

  1. First you fill in the form below.

  2. Then you click SUBMIT.

  3. A new page appears, the PAYMENT page.

  4. You choose the mode of payment you want (Check by mail or online payment) and  the kind of amount you entered in the previous page form.

  5. You click ADD TO CART. and you are sent to the PayPal page where you can use PayPal or your Credit Card to pay your membership or your contribution.

  6. If you mentioned in the Membership Form that you want to pay your membership and a donation/contribution, you have to go back a second time to the PayPal page and click on the Contribution or Donation Add to Cart.

 

Please Note

If you pay a subscription for someone else, include all the following: First Name, Last Name, Address,

Email, County of residence, Gift, etc. of the person receiving this gift in the NOTE(S) box of the form.
